🌿 What We've Been Building

FreshPick AI builds AI-powered produce inspection and sorting for farms and agrifood processors. Grade every piece of fruit and vegetable to your spec, cut waste, and meet buyer standards.

Our platform combines computer vision, sensing and cloud analytics to inspect, grade and sort produce in real time, on the equipment you already run:

Intelligent data capture: High-resolution and spectral imaging, plus moisture and gas sensing, capture each piece as it moves along the line.
AI-powered quality intelligence: Fused deep learning models assess freshness, defects and quality against your own grading criteria.
Real-time grading and feedback: Every item is graded instantly, with results streamed to your dashboard for operators and managers.
Automated sorting and integration: Grades drive your existing conveyors, robotic arms and sorting machinery. No line replacement required.

Configurable grading criteria support your crops, specifications and buyers. Dashboards turn every inspection into insight on quality, yield and waste, with compliance-ready records that support audits and product recall procedures.
